Preparation of Sterilization Materials
For the most effective sterilization and sample preservation, follow these steps:
* Clean the instrument immediately after use.

* Treat the instrument with an ultrasonic cleaner.
* Residual chemicals left over from cleaning and disinfection processes may damage and corrode parts of the autoclave, always flush instruments with distilled water.
* Follow the instrument manufacturer's guidelines and recommendations when handling and cleaning instruments before sterilization.
* Check the manufacturer's instructions for the correct procedure for disinfecting each item.
* Arrange samples of different materials on different trays or with at least 3cm of space between them.
* Thoroughly clean and dry the instrument before placing it in the tray.

OPERATION
* Close the exhaust valve by turning it clockwise to the maximum position.
* Fill the chamber with distilled (or deionized) water.
* Select program temperature.
* After selecting the program, the material to be sterilized can now be placed on the tray placed inside the chamber using the tray handle.
* After loading the instrument, you can close the hatch. The display will show the current internal temperature.
* NOTE: The door handle must be turned to its maximum position.
