The instrument is bipolar. Two electrodes located on the tip . When the high frequency generator output certain wave current ,the current flows between two electrodes,which acts directly on human body ,two electrodes are used as a loop. When operation,with the power of generator,instrument tip keep optimal pressure for tissue fusion .Generator output proper power according to different impedance feedback from tissue detect automatically. Human tissue collagen protein and fibrous protein denunciation,vascular wall forming a transparent zone ,produce permanent closure.
