Recombinase-Aid Amplification (RAA) technology utilizes protein-directed evolution techniques to modify, screen andoptimize specific tool enzymes from nature, obtaining a core RAA isothermal amplification system. Under isothermalconditions (40'C), it can perform exponential amplification of trace target DNA fragments with specificity. The amplifi.cation reaction time only takes 20 minutes. Add Reagents

Insert the Device

Add Sample

Unscrew the sample transfer tube cap and insert it into the specified position of the integrated detection device. And then close the cabin door. |
Start the Detection

After entering the sample information, start the detection.The entire process takes approximately 30 minutes. |
