The "High-definition Digital Human Virtual Anatomy System" realizes the real-time rendering of ultra-high-precision data of human body structure through technical processing of ultra-high-precision human tomographic sequence images. The touch operation of the dissection table can realize the section and observation of the human body structure in different directions and levels at any angle, integrate the knowledge of human anatomy, regional anatomy, and sectional anatomy, and help the observation by constructing a virtual anatomical combination model. The authors established the concept of three-dimensional spatial structure, effectively improved the quality of education, and reduced the shortage of physical specimens.
Human anatomy:
The system can meet systematic anatomy teaching, regional anatomy teaching, and sectional anatomy teaching.
The part contains two sets of complete gross specimens of man and woman.
The 3D human body must be reconstructed with the real data of continuous tomography of the human body without organic disease and no missing. The data shall be the tomographic data without missing segmental data. The structures such as teeth, male testis, appendix, and fat layer must be intact.
Whole body cross-sectional specimen image:
(1) Male: 17571 cross-sectional layers, layer thickness of 0.1mm, resolution:13700 * 6340, and 1318 3D structures.
(2) Female: 16141 cross-sectional layers, layer thickness 0.1mm, resolution: 12000 * 5700, and 2252 3D structures.
(3) The reconstruction accuracy is 0.1mm, isotropic means that the reconstruction accuracy of all three dimensions is 0.1mm.
Each anatomical structure is annotated with description and key structure annotation and can be hidden, transparent, separately displayed, locked, dyed, multi-selected, etc.
The system needs to provide real-time rotation, zoom and pan functions of the color human body data volume rendering model, and smooth interaction.
The tomographic data in the system needs to be segmented in advance for the bones, muscles, bone connections, liver, spleen, and other structures so that the structure can be operated separately.
The system integrates the divided organ structure according to the human system structure and can display/hide and lock/unlock in the directory. A system or an organ structure can be viewed, cut, and hidden separately.
In this system, when viewing a single organ structure, it is equipped with corresponding histological sections and relevant video introduction materials.
The system provides three cutting modes: straight cutting and curved cutting and orthogonal cutting
"Arbitrary cutting" is adopted to set the cutting surface, and the cutting surface is moved to the target position by "step length movement" for arbitrary cutting, and the cutting steps can be saved through the "cutting list"
The system provides the function of linear cutting at any angle, which can cut any anatomical structure at any position and angle according to the user's needs, and the section of the anatomical structure after cutting shall be the real section image of the human body structure, not the monochrome section added manually.
The system provides the function of curve cutting. According to the needs of users, the curve circle can be drawn at any position to obtain the surface reconstruction at that position.
The "endoscope" function is provided in the system, which can place the field of view in the human body for observation, such as inside the knee joint.
The system provides the function of anatomical incision of human local structure, which can view the incision position of the current position.
The system adopts the function of "posture", which can draw the model of color human body data: the choice of head, side, and upright posture.

The system has a "brush" function. The brush can select settings such as size, color, erasing, and emptying, and can save the pages marked with the brush to the computer desktop in the form of pictures.

(3) Undo: undo the previous step. (4) Empty: clear all drawing operations.
(5) Save: save the screenshot of the current scene to the desktop.
The system can set the background color, language, and screen lock through system settings.
The software adopts the "selection" function. Users can quickly select sections through the preset "cross-section", "sagittal plane", and "coronal plane", or save their cut sections to the "selection" page, and select multiple sections to play and watch.
The system uses the " rotation " function, users can select a rotation point so that the human body data volume rendering model is rotated according to the selected point.
The system has the dyeing function, and the structure can be dyed with the specified color according to the user's needs. For example, the original color of the structure such as artery, vein, and nerve is the color of the real specimen restored by the fault. The artery can be dyed red, the vein can be dyed blue and the nerve can be dyed yellow according to the teaching habits through the dyeing method, so as to facilitate discrimination and identification.
The system has the "measurement" function, which can measure the "length" and "angle" of the human body model, and delete it by long pressing the measurement results.
(1) Angle measurement: click three points on the 3D structure, and each point can be dragged separately to adjust the line segment angle and length;
(2) Length measurement: click two points on the 3D structure, and each point can be dragged separately to adjust the length and direction of the line segment.
The system has a marking function. Select the marking function, select the position users to want to mark on the 3D structure, and click it, an input box will appear, input the name.
The cut profile can be selected and adjusted by using the "sliding bar", or adjusted by "forward", "backward", and "reset".
Interactive gesture operation:
(1) One finger: Rotate; Two fingers: Enlarge or Reduce; Three fingers: Translate; Five fingers: Moving circular operation panel and sliding bar can be obtained quickly.
(2) A circular operation pane is equipped, which can be grabbed and moved with five fingers according to the position of the operator.
Morphological section
The morphological section library contains histological sections and pathological sections, which are classified according to tissues and parts. Sections can be quickly searched, classified, and screened.
All sections are panoramic slices, which can be enlarged by4X/10X/20X/40X and infinitely enlarged.
All sections in the library are equipped with section introduction, including specimen source, staining method, specimen description, knowledge point labeling, etc., and can be quickly reset.
The total number of sections is more than 2000.
Medical image case database:
The images include CT images and MRI images. The images are sequence images, which can be browsed. Each case contains basic information, main complaint, imaging findings, imaging diagnosis, etc.
The images contain DICOM information, support window adjustment view and MPR reconstruction, the sectional, sagittal, and coronal images, and view the images from any angle.
The key position of images can be measured and marked.
All cases can be reconstructed, which is convenient to view the 3D structure generated by the image, and the generated 3D structure can be cut and observed arbitrarily.
The image can be imported and viewed in DICOM format.
