Feature :The 10 cubic ethylene oxide sterilization cabinet is automatically controlled by a LCD color screen PLC microcomputer, and is divided into a computer control system, a vacuum sterilization chamber system, a constant temperature system, and a residual gas treatment system. When using it, you only need to press the run button twice to achieve ★ automatic heating, ★ vacuum, ★ humidification, ★ vaporization, ★ sterilization, ★ residue removal, ★ ethylene oxide residue automatic analysis ★ memory function and other complexities The process is very convenient and safe, with 100% sterilization. This product has unique advantages for the sterilization and disinfection of moisture-sensitive and heat-sensitive articles. At present, it is widely used in the fields of medical and health, industry, foreign trade, commerce, banking, archaeology, archaeological archives management and cultural relics management.

1.The sterilizer box is composed of stainless steel inner tank and atomizer tank. The box material should meet the vacuum pressure requirements. The sterilizer adopts water cycle heating or electric heating mode.
2. Inner material: stainless steel SUS304, actual thickness ≥5mm; The supplier shall provide quality list and material inspection report.
3. Water jacket: 6mm stainless steel on both sides and top surface.
4. External temperature sensation of bacteria container: there is no obvious temperature sensation on the surface during sterilization cycle.
