Product Description

Method of use

1. Cleaning: wet the towel with sticky detergent to clean, then rinse, withoutdrying directly use.
2. After the animals are normal, the vulva is cleaned, and the detection rodis inserted into the genital tract until it reaches the cervical opening.
3.Insert 1/3 (about 4cm) for small dogs, 6-8cm for medium dogs, and 10cmfor large dogs.
4. After inserting the specified depth, do not adjust the direction, rotate fortwo times, and press the switch of the handle to read the value.
5. Blink for 5 seconds to get the value, hold the position and press the switchagain to read the second group of values. Three sets of data were taken con-tinuously to ensure the accuracy of detection. At this point, if there is a nu.merical deviation, the two groups should be used as the first criterion, andwhether the animal is still during the reading process should be considered.Take the resting state as the final reference.
6. After use, please clean the instrument with detergent

Matters needing attention
1. Be sure to clean with dishwashing liquid before and after the test
2. The insertion depth of each detection should be consistent, for severefluctuation will occur if the insertion depth is too deep or too shallow.
3. Inflammation of the reproductive system may cause abnormal secretionsand affect the detection data.
4. The reproductive svstem has been cleaned durina the estrous period, andthe residual liquid will affect the test results of the data. Do not use the detector for testing on the day after cleaning.
5. In the process of testing, whether the animals keep basically quiet or notarge body movements will cause data bias. Contaminants such as stolengoods, sebum oil, urine, and saline solution can contaminate the electrodes

Remark:
* lt must be determined that the data is in the declining period through 2-3times of testing, and mating according to the reference.

* The data were always under 300 considering uterine or ovarian disease.
*  Follicle development retardation should be considered if the maximumvalue is less than 1000. and the reference value should be depressed according to the situation
